Wonderful experience

I had two cataract operations (one in each eye) carried out by Dr. Zuniga of GEM Clinic and her team. The whole experience was wonderful, from the time I got the first phone call scheduling my first appointment to the last drop I put in my eye. The office staff who look after scheduling and problem solving were extraordinary - without my even having to ask, they took into consideration other health conditions and thoughtfully booked my operations to accommodate my issues; they were very responsive to any phone messages I left; they followed up on my requests without me having to prompt them - all with a smile in their voice and kindness in their attitude. The operations were totally seamless and uneventful - exactly what you would wish for! The OR staff and Dr. Zuniga were kind, caring and attentive not only to my eyes but also to my anxiety and comfort. The best part: I can now see without glasses! Based on my positive experience, I would recommend Dr. Zuniga at GEM Clinic to anyone considering cataract surgery.

My wait for cataract removal was close to 2 years due to many reasons but once I became a patient of Dr. Zuniga, things went fairly quickly and the care I received was exceptional. Dear Dr. Rahman and Team, You and your team performed bilateral cataract surgery on me January 20, 2023. I am moved to express my heartfelt thanks and amazement for the positive results in my life. There are no words to say thank you and how much I (we) appreciate all of you and the surgery. You gave me back my life & Jack's, too. It was so amazing. I was really at a low over my eye...It was like Christmas for me that phone call and it didn't stop there. I arrived on the day (of my appointment) and it was kindness all the way.
